The Circular Economy focuses on the reuse of materials, where waste is seen as raw material. According to the United Nations, “large social gains can be realized from improving resource circularity in multiple sectors”.
We would like to stimulate the creativity of students, entrepreneurs and employees to develop innovative solutions for the circular economy. Working together, they can let their passion take shake within several domains of the Circular Economy.

Your proposal should specify the selected theme, your team composition, the current problem that want to solve and the description of your idea.
Proposals are due in English and this must be maximum 500 words.

Selected proposals will receive and invitation to join a 2-day bootcamp at digYitizer. The bootcamp will be facilitated by Euroclear in Brussels.
Dates to be communicated upon acceptance. After these
two days of work, teams will have transformed their ideas into a first version of the product service (prototype).
final event at VUB

After the bootcamp, we will select the top 3 finalists, who will present their ideas on an event organized at VUB mid-March 2020.
The audience will also
cast their votes to select the final winner.
